Scientific interests, Researches and Results Established:</b><br> The basic scientific interests - information technologies, in particular: <ul><li><b>1. The optoelectronic systems of processing of the information.</b><br> In 1962 - 1986 participated as the executive and as the project head in the closed works which were carried out under the decision of military industrial commission of the USSR. In particular, has developed >?B>M;5:B@>==K5 C7;8 for navigating system of the pilotless flying device, for the radar-tracking system with the synthesized aperture and for preliminary processing of the information for special systems of recognition of images [6, 8].</li> <li><b>2. Research of systems of an inductive conclusion for hybrid intellectual systems.</b><br> The system of an inductive conclusion of general purpose is developed. The system represents the device of parallel processing of the sensor information. She{it} carries out basic operation of inductive logic - operation of parallel comparison. The application of such systems in hybrid intellectual systems will make possible{probable} the decision of problems{tasks} with a plenty of calculations in real time [18, 28].</li> <li><b>3. The theory of the semantic information.</b><br> Consideration of system of an inductive conclusion as the receiver of the information has allowed to carry out the new approach to a problem of development of the semantic theory of the information. On the basis of corresponding researches the criteria of a quantitative estimation of the semantic information have been entered [21, 25].</li> <li><b>4. The robotic systems of selective gathering of a tea sheet.</b><br> By financing of international conversion foundations ISTC and STCU the robotic system of selective gathering of a tea sheet was developed. It contains the sensors, the optoelectronic unit of technical sight and an onboard computer which carries out automatic control of the cutting device [12, 16].</li></ul></p> <p><b>8.
